Mirkelam, who made a name for himself in Turkiye following the release of his 1995 album “Her Gece” (meaning ‘Every Night’), comes from a family with a musical background. His father composed the highly popular song ‘Gül Ağacı Değilem Her Gelene Eğilem’.

Although he has been interested in music since his secondary school years, he graduated as a geophysical engineer. He has released seven albums throughout his artistic career.

I would like to share with you three tracks from his first album, which is my personal favourite.
